ALL DOGS BRED BY VOM BUTTON KENNEL WILL BE HONESTLY REPRESENTED AND EVALUATED AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE AT THE TIME OF SALE.
TWO YEAR GUARANTEE AGAINST CONGENITAL DEFECTS.
If your dog, during the first two years of age, is found to have a congenital defect, return the dog to the kennel (at buyers expense) with the registration and a written explanation from a licensed veternarian, and the dog will be replaced as no charge. Any vet bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer unless arrangements have been made or approved prior to the treatment by the breeder.
All dogs bred and sold by Vom Button Shorthairs are accompanied by an accurate and up to date medical history. All dogs are guaranteed to be sound and in good health at the time of sale. All puppies whose age at the date of delivery or shipment precludes completion of the scheduled innoculations, it is necessary for the purchaser to complete the scheduled series of innoculations (shots & wormings) on time, in order to protect the puppy and for this health guarantee to remain valid. A timetable for these inoculations has been completed (about 16 weeks of age) the puppy should not be exposed to premises known to be or suspected of being contaminated or to be unhealthy animals.
Vom Button Shorthairs requires that the buyer take the puppy to a licensed veternarian within 7 days of purchase for guarantee to be valid and for routine physical and to set scheduled inoculations visits.
Vom Button Shorthairs requires the buyer to place a nonrefundable deposit of $200 to reserve a pup. Puppies are chosen by the buyer in order of the reservation of deposits placed.
